Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Agnivramobile application (the "App"), operated by Agnivra. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and receive rewards. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

  • You must sign in using a valid Google account or phone number.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information, including your UPI ID for withdrawals.
  • One account per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated.

3. Surveys & Rewards

  • Rewards are credited to your in-app wallet for surveys completed genuinely and in full.
  • We reserve the right to review, withhold, or reverse rewards obtained through fraudulent, automated, or abusive activity.
  • Survey availability, reward amounts, and eligibility criteria may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal requests are processed to the UPI ID you provide, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount shown in the App.
  • We may verify your identity and account activity before approving a withdrawal.
  • We reserve the right to reject or delay withdrawals suspected of fraud, policy violation, or incorrect payment details.
  • Processing times may vary and are not guaranteed to be instant.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, emulators, scripts, or automated tools to complete surveys.
  • Provide false or misleading responses to surveys.
  • Create multiple or fake accounts to earn additional rewards.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its services.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of rewards.

6. Advertising

The App may display third-party advertisements, including rewarded video ads, served via Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology in the App are the property of Agnivra or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agnivra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including delays or issues with reward payouts.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion as described in our Account Deletion page.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
