Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Agnivra account and associated data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone, including any unwithdrawn wallet balance.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to our support address from the email you used to sign up (or include the phone number linked to your account).
  2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  3. Include your registered name and email/phone so we can locate your account.
  4. We will verify your request and delete your account within 7 business days, and confirm by email once complete.

Data that will be deleted

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
  • Your survey response history
  • Your notification preferences and device/push-notification tokens

Data we may retain

  • Wallet transaction and withdrawal records, which we retain as required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes
  • Records we are legally required to keep for a limited period after deletion
