Agnivra ("we", "us", "our") operates the Agnivra mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to operate the App and its reward system:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and profile photo, collected when you sign in via Google Sign-In or phone/Firebase authentication.
• Survey activity: the surveys you view, complete, and your responses, used to calculate your rewards.
• Wallet & reward data: your wallet/coin balance, reward history, and withdrawal requests, including the UPI ID you provide to receive payouts.
• Device & notification data: push-notification tokens (FCM) to send you survey and reward alerts, and basic device/app information for security and troubleshooting.
• Advertising data: if the App shows rewarded or banner ads, our ad partner (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers and ad-interaction data as described in its own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you securely.
• To show you relevant surveys and record your completions accurately.
• To calculate, credit, and process your rewards and UPI withdrawals.
• To send you notifications about surveys, rewards, and important account updates.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
• To improve the App's performance, reliability, and features.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, which may process data on our behalf:

• Firebase (Google): authentication and push notifications.
• Google AdMob: displaying in-app advertisements (if enabled).
• Google Sign-In: secure account login.

These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the third-party service providers listed above (to operate the App), and where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active. Financial records related to wallet transactions and withdrawals may be retained for a longer period where required for accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance purposes, even after account deletion.

6. Your Rights

You can review and update your profile information within the App. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see our Account Deletion page for instructions.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted authentication tokens and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
